The Indiana Whiskey Company
South Bend, Ind.
The Indiana Whiskey Company was one of the first new Artisan Distilleries to fire up its still in Indiana in 2013. Recognized especially for its smooth, approachable "Just Whiskey" wheated Indiana bourbon, Indiana Whiskey has become a staple across northern and central Indiana over the past four years.
Indiana Whiskey sources its corn from central Indiana and distills by open flame in a unique, copper pot still that is the owner's original design. As much as possible, all the grain and manufacturing that creates a bottle of Indiana Whiskey originates in northern Indiana.
The Indiana Whiskey Company is owned and operated by Charles Florance, a 12-year Army Veteran and both a Purdue and Notre Dame graduate in chemical engineering and business administration.
