S.N. Pike's Magnolia is the revitalization of the Historic S.N. Pike Magnolia Whiskey, born in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1849. Finished and bottled by independent, craft producer, Noble Cut Distillery.

Founder and owner, Ed Carey, came across the historic brand, S. N. PIKE’S MAGNOLIA SPIRITS, which started in 1849 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Pike sourced the very best bourbon and whiskey and sold them throughout the United States and into Europe. Magnolia Spirits were highly sought after spirits until Prohibition put the company, along with many others, out of business. In 2020, Ed and his daughter revived the long-lost brand in Columbus, Ohio.
